Cimema Tickets 2 for 1 for a YEAR (for real bargain hunters)
Half price Cinema tickets (2 for 1) every week for a whole YEAR for as little as £1.37 (UK only) Calling all bargain hunters – this is really SIMPLES… I was listening the to radio the other day when I heard an advert from “Compare the meerkats”. I don’t normally pay much notice to radio adverts this one caught my attention. They are offering 2 for 1 on cinema tickets for a whole year if you purchase something from their site… Simples! Just buy a short UK trip insurance policy and at the moment that will qualify you. Apparently some people have purchased a UK trip insurance policy for as little as £1.37. That means you can get half price cinema tickets for a whole year for less than £2. Now, that’s what I call a real bargain. In the...

How long does success take? There is a common misunderstanding that it takes 10,000 hours to succeed in anything. This is actually wrong and can be very limiting to our thoughts and therefore can actually stop us trying out new things and finding out just how much success we can have in everyday life. Of course it depends how you measure success, but I’m sure you’ll be as encouraged as I was when I saw this video. I’ve edited the original to less than half it’s length which will hopefully mean more people watch it and in turn, more people actually do something positive with their lives as a consequence. Enjoy and feel free to comment and share:...

Today we were treated with what will probably be the most dramatic solar eclipse I will ever experience in my lifetime. I will remember 2oth March 2015 for a long time. I still remember trying to get as close to the last total eclipse we had in the UK in 1999 (and failing) I think they estimated that we had a 96% eclipse here in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire and that was a great result! The clouds were perfect – just thin enough to be able to look directly at the sun and see the eclipse without the need of a pin-hole camera. My greatest upset was that my two children could not be at home to share the experience with my wife and I. Both schools had said that the children would not be allowed out due to “safety...

My First Millions Dollars What would you do? Take the million dollars or be true to yourself? When you watch the video below you may recognise this guy. If you ask any teenager they will almost certainly recognise him. He has become a phenomenon on the internet. There is a lot of commentary about this video. "It’s a fake to get more likes on Vine where he is followed by millions" "He makes enough from his new fame from television appearances, etc" What do you think? This is a guy who grew up in a world of dysfunction, busy trying to conform to what society thought was best for him but then decides to drop out of business school and buy a one way ticket to China. During his trip he meets a fellow traveller who asks the question…...

If you’ve woken up today feeling bluer than you usually do on a Monday morning, you probably won’t be alone. Today – Monday, January 19 – is the gloomiest, unhappiest day of this new year, say experts. The good news is, 2015 gets better… starting tomorrow. Or, if you’re an optimist, starting right NOW. The grimness of ‘Blue Monday’ is believed to be caused by several factors – the realisation that you’ve spent far too much in the holiday season of Christmas and New Year, the accompanying knowledge that you also ate far too much and piled on extra kilos, and the fear that you’ve made new year resolutions you will be unable to keep. All this, plus the relentlessly dull weather. Experts say that people tend to cope with ‘Blue Monday’ by hoping money worries will go away...
